Paying for Your 3DVista Account

Pay for a 3DVista license for creating virtual 3D tours with a Flowbit Online card.

Log in to your 3DVista account

  • Open 3dvista.com and log in to your account.
  • Or create one before purchasing a license.
  • To ensure a successful payment, you may need to connect via the United Kingdom or Singapore (the required country is displayed in the Flowbit mini-app)
  • You can find a suitable service in this selection of IP address changing services.

Select a product

Go to the section:
  • Buy or Licenses
Select the desired option:
  • Virtual Tour Pro
  • Virtual Tour Enterprise
  • or subscription/upgrade
👉 Please note: licenses vary in functionality and validity period.

Check your payment type

On the checkout page, make sure the following is selected:

  • Online payment
  • Credit / Debit Card
Some corporate options may require an invoice; skip these.

Enter your Flowbit card details

  • Card number, expiration date, and CVC — from your Flowbit account
  • Cardholder name — in Latin characters
  • Country: Select the country listed on your card: the United Kingdom or Singapore (as shown in the Flowbit mini-app)
  • Billing address — the address issued with the card
📌 For 3DVista, it is critical that the address be filled out completely.

Confirm the payment

  • Click Pay / Complete Purchase and wait for confirmation.
  • 🧾 Payment is charged immediately.
  • The license is activated in your 3DVista account and sent to your email.

If the payment does not go through

Check:
  • the correct IP address has been selected;
  • that the card details and billing address are correct.

Important

If you don't plan to use your subscription, disable auto-charge before the end of the period to avoid being charged again.
