To use the Flowbit Services, users must complete the registration process and provide the information requested through the Flowbit interfaces. Depending on the specific product or Card type, such information may include, for example, a first name, last name, telephone number, email address, or other basic information.

The Flowbit Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or any higher minimum age required under Applicable Law to independently enter into a legally binding agreement and use the relevant Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement. Flowbit may restrict access to an Account, Cards, or specific features if it determines that the user does not meet the applicable age requirements.

In most cases, full identity verification is not required for basic use of Flowbit. However, available functionality, transaction limits, Card types, and conditions of use may vary depending on the selected product, partner requirements, card program requirements, country of use, and Applicable Law.

Flowbit may request additional information or verification in specific circumstances, including for increasing transaction limits, enabling certain features, restoring access, reviewing disputed transactions, processing refunds, satisfying partner requirements, or where Account activity appears unusual or potentially unsafe.

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Where requested information is required for a particular Service and is not provided, Flowbit may temporarily restrict the relevant functionality, refuse to increase applicable limits, decline to issue a particular type of Card, or suspend a transaction pending completion of the required verification.

Users must not use another person’s identity or information, impersonate another individual, permit third parties to use their Account, or maintain multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, Service rules, or card program requirements.

Card transactions, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are processed in accordance with the rules of the applicable card issuer, card network, payment system, Merchant, Flowbit partners, and Applicable Law. Flowbit does not guarantee the successful outcome of any refund, dispute, or chargeback and does not control the final decision, processing time, or outcome of such procedures.

If a user believes that a card transaction was processed incorrectly or without authorization, the user must promptly contact Flowbit customer support and provide all requested information. Failure to provide the required information may prevent Flowbit from reviewing the claim.

Submitting a dispute or chargeback request does not automatically entitle the user to a refund. Any temporary, conditional, or provisional credit may be reversed if the transaction is determined to be valid, the Merchant or provider rejects the claim, or the applicable rules otherwise require such reversal.

Each disputed card transaction shall be treated as a separate claim and may result in separate fees, costs, holds, or obligations. Unless otherwise required by Applicable Law or the rules of the relevant card issuer, card network, payment system, or partner, a chargeback or dispute processing fee of USD 45 may be charged for each disputed transaction.

Users remain responsible for all applicable fees and costs relating to disputes or chargebacks, including fees charged by card issuers, card networks, payment systems, providers, Flowbit partners, processing costs, penalties, negative balances, and other related obligations, provided that the recovery of such amounts is not prohibited by Applicable Law.

Fraudulent, false, repetitive, coordinated, unfounded, or abusive disputes, chargebacks, unauthorized transaction claims, attempts to recover funds after successfully receiving goods or services, or any conduct intended to obtain an unjustified financial benefit shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.

Where Flowbit reasonably suspects abuse of dispute or chargeback procedures, Flowbit may immediately restrict or suspend the user’s Account, Card, Virtual Balance, access to specific features, suspend transactions, place a hold on available funds, refuse refunds, recover applicable fees including the USD 45 dispute or chargeback processing fee for each disputed transaction, recover costs, penalties, negative balances, and other outstanding obligations, and terminate the user’s access to the Services to the extent permitted under Applicable Law.

Flowbit may withhold, deduct, or set off amounts relating to disputes, chargebacks, reversals, applicable fees, penalties, negative balances, or processing costs against the Virtual Balance, Card balance, wallet balance, refund amounts, or any other funds payable to the user.

Flowbit may disclose information relating to disputed, suspicious, or abusive transactions to relevant partners, card issuers, payment systems, card networks, anti-fraud providers, compliance providers, and competent authorities where necessary to protect Flowbit, its users, partners, or the payment infrastructure.

Flowbit may monitor and analyze the use of the Services to protect users, Flowbit, its partners, and the payment infrastructure, and to prevent fraud, abuse, violations of these Terms, partner requirements, and Applicable Law.

Abusive activities include, without limitation, fraud, providing false information, abuse of refunds, disputes or chargebacks, intentionally creating a negative balance, card testing, using the Services without the intention of fulfilling payment obligations, obtaining goods or services followed by an unjustified payment reversal, using another person’s identity or payment credentials, circumventing transaction limits or restrictions, creating multiple Accounts to bypass Service rules, reselling or commercially exploiting the Services without authorization, or using the Services for any unlawful, deceptive, or bad faith purpose.

Where Flowbit identifies or reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or any risk affecting Flowbit, its users, partners, or the payment infrastructure, Flowbit may, to the extent permitted under Applicable Law:

• temporarily restrict or suspend an Account, Card, Virtual Balance, or specific Service functionality;

• refuse to issue a new Card or continue providing Card Services;

• reject, delay, cancel, or suspend a transaction;

• request additional information or supporting documentation;

• restrict withdrawals or refunds pending completion of a review;

• recover, deduct, or set off available funds against fees, expenses, dispute or chargeback fees, penalties, negative balances, losses, or other outstanding obligations; or

• refuse refunds or terminate the user’s access to the Services.

Flowbit may disclose information regarding suspicious, disputed, or abusive activity to partners, card issuers, card networks, payment systems, verification providers, anti-fraud providers, compliance providers, professional advisers, and competent authorities where necessary for verification, protection of rights, fulfillment of partner obligations, fraud prevention, or compliance with Applicable Law.

Flowbit is not required to disclose its internal review procedures, risk models, monitoring criteria, fraud detection methods, suspicious activity indicators, or the reasons for any specific risk decision where such disclosure could compromise the security of the Services, the rights of Flowbit or its partners, provider requirements, ongoing investigations, fraud prevention measures, or Applicable Law.

If a user owes any amount to Flowbit, its partners, card issuers, service providers, or other infrastructure participants, including fees, expenses, negative balances, outstanding debts, dispute or chargeback fees, penalties, reversed credits, provider claims, processing costs, investigation expenses, or legal costs, Flowbit may, to the extent permitted under Applicable Law, withhold, deduct, or set off such amounts against any balances, refunds, credits, Card balances, Virtual Balance, wallet balances, or any other amounts available to the user through the Services.

Flowbit may apply set-off, withholding, deductions, netting, currency or Digital Asset conversion, and any other reasonable measures necessary to satisfy the user’s outstanding obligations. Where applicable, currency or Digital Asset conversion may be performed using the exchange rate determined by Flowbit or the relevant service provider at the time of the transaction unless otherwise required by Applicable Law.

Users remain responsible for any negative balance, outstanding debt, or shortfall arising from the use of a Card, delayed settlement, offline transactions, recurring subscription charges, Merchant or provider adjustments, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reversal of provisional credits, fees, technical adjustments, erroneous credits, fraud, abuse, or the actions of third parties.

Where the available balance is insufficient to satisfy the user’s obligations, the user must pay the outstanding amount upon Flowbit’s request. Until all outstanding obligations have been fully satisfied, Flowbit may restrict access to certain Services, refuse to issue additional Cards, suspend transactions, withhold refunds, or terminate the user’s access to the Services.

Flowbit may also take reasonable measures to recover outstanding amounts, including engaging partners, service providers, payment systems, collection agencies, legal advisers, or competent authorities where necessary and permitted under Applicable Law.

Users must not use Flowbit for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or bad faith activity, or for any activity that may harm Flowbit, other users, partners, service providers, card programs, or the payment infrastructure.

Users are prohibited from using the Services for fraud, abuse of refunds, disputes or chargebacks, circumvention of transaction limits, Merchant rules, card program requirements, sanctions or other restrictions, card testing, use of another person’s identity or payment credentials, stolen funds, stolen Cards, unauthorized access, automated bot activity, spam, malware, unauthorized data collection, reverse engineering, unauthorized commercial resale of the Services, or any other activity that violates these Terms, partner requirements, or Applicable Law.

Users are also prohibited from using the Services for payments relating to, purchasing, selling, promoting, or otherwise facilitating prohibited or high-risk goods or services, including, without limitation, gambling, casinos, betting, lotteries, high-risk gaming, adult content, pornography, escort services, sexual services, narcotics, controlled substances, weapons, ammunition, explosives, counterfeit documents, stolen goods, counterfeit products, goods or services that infringe the rights of third parties, and any other categories prohibited by card networks, card issuers, Flowbit partners, Merchants, or Applicable Law.

Flowbit may additionally restrict or prohibit transactions involving specific Merchants, Merchant Category Codes (MCCs), countries, Merchant categories, platforms, services, digital products, gaming services, subscription services, marketplaces, crypto-related services, or other categories considered prohibited, restricted, unsupported, or high-risk by Flowbit, its partners, card issuers, card programs, or the payment infrastructure.

Threats, abusive conduct, harassment, intimidation, blackmail, or any other inappropriate behavior directed toward Flowbit customer support, employees, representatives, partners, or other users are strictly prohibited.

Flowbit may publish and update its Restricted Countries and Prohibited Use Rules and may restrict specific transactions, countries, Merchants, Merchant categories, MCCs, devices, funding methods, wallet addresses, or other usage parameters where necessary to protect the Services, satisfy partner requirements, manage risk, or comply with Applicable Law.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account – a user account or profile created or used to access the Flowbit Services.

Applicable Law – any applicable laws, regulations, rules, court orders, sanctions programs, card network rules, issuer requirements, provider requirements, and any other legally binding obligations applicable to Flowbit, the user, the Services, or any transaction.

Abusive Activity – any fraudulent, dishonest, deceptive, unlawful, or abusive use of the Services, including the conduct described in Section 15 of these Terms.

Card – a virtual or physical payment card made available through Flowbit and issued by a third-party card issuer, card program partner, or other authorized provider.

Card Services – services relating to the request, issuance, activation, funding, use, maintenance, restriction, dispute, or termination of Cards.

Chargeback – the process of disputing a card transaction through a card issuer, card network, payment system, or other relevant partner. A Chargeback does not guarantee a refund.

Digital Assets – cryptocurrencies, tokens, stablecoins, or other digital assets supported by Flowbit or its service providers.

Dispute – a request, complaint, or claim submitted by a user regarding a card transaction, refund, charge, fee, or any other transaction relating to the Services.

Fees – all fees, charges, markups, provider costs, network fees, penalties, taxes, processing costs, and any other amounts payable, withheld, or deducted in connection with the use of the Services.

Flowbit – Flowbit Finance L.L.C-FZ.

Issuer – a third-party card issuer, financial institution, card program, or other provider responsible for issuing, maintaining, or administering a Card.

Merchant – any merchant, service provider, platform, or seller of goods or services that accepts or attempts to accept payment using a Card.

Partner / Provider – any third party involved in providing, processing, verifying, settling, supporting, securing, monitoring, or maintaining the Services.

Services – all products, features, interfaces, and services provided by or made available through Flowbit, including Cards, Virtual Balance, top-ups, Digital Asset transactions, card transactions, customer support, transaction history, digital products, partner services, and related functionality.

Transaction Confirmation – an electronic confirmation, screen, message, notification, receipt, record, or other document displaying the details of a transaction, including the transaction amount, fees, exchange rate, limits, Card information, provider information, processing status, and other applicable terms.

Virtual Balance – an accounting balance or displayed value within the Flowbit interfaces used solely for the functionality of the Services. Unless otherwise required by Applicable Law, a Virtual Balance does not constitute a bank account, deposit, electronic money, or payment account.

User / you – any individual who accesses or uses the Flowbit Services.
