Paying for Your Abacus.AI Account

Pay for an Abacus.AI (ChatLLM) subscription with a Flowbit Online card.

Change your IP address

  • To complete your purchase successfully, you may need to change the region assigned to your card. First, try the U.S. region; if the payment doesn't go through, select Singapore or the United Kingdom (check the Flowbit mini-app to see which country is listed for your card).

Log in to Abacus AI

  1. Open abacus.ai in your browser (preferably on a computer).
  2. Log in to your account or register with a new email.
Your account region may be automatically detected during registration; your VPN must be enabled before logging in.

Go to billing

  1. In your personal account, find Billing / Subscription / Plan.
  2. Select what you want to pay for:
  • Subscription (Access / Pro / Enterprise)
  • Adding API Balance
To pay via API, you first add funds to your balance, then it's debited based on usage.

Choose card payment

On the payment screen, select Credit / Debit Card.

Enter your card details

Please provide:
  • Card number, expiration date, and CVC — available in your personal account.
  • Cardholder name — your name in Latin characters.
  • Country: Select the country listed on your card: United Kingdom or Singapore (To make a tax-free payment, select the United States; if you are unable to complete the payment, select the country listed in the Flowbit app)
  • Billing address — use the address for the country you selected
The address can be generated using a relevant service.

Change your IP address

Complete the payment

Click Pay / Confirm / Subscribe.

If the payment does not go through

Check:
  • the correct IP address has been selected;
  • that the card details and billing address are correct.
