Paying for Airbnb Bookings
Book and pay for stays on Airbnb with a Flowbit Online card.
Features of the service
The service may detect your IP address and automatically redirect you to the Russian domain (.ru), where payment is not available. Please ensure that you make your payment only on the international domain (.com). If you select Russian as your language, the site may also redirect you to the .ru domain. We recommend using Google Chrome for payment.
Sign in to your account
- Log in to your account on airbnb.com. If you previously had a Russian account, you’ll need to create a new one and register it for a different country, specifically the United Kingdom or Singapore (as shown in the Flowbit mini-app).
- When registering, use an email address with an international domain (e.g., gmail.com).
- Select your check-in dates and the desired accommodation on the service. Then click “Reserve.”
Enter your card information
- On the next page, you’ll need to select a payment method (choose “Credit or debit card”) and enter your card details:
- Card number, expiration date, and CVC—these are available in your account dashboard.
- Cardholder name—your name in Roman characters.
- Country: Select the country listed on your card: the United Kingdom or Singapore (as shown in the Flowbit mini-app)
- Billing address — use the address provided with the card (displayed in the mini-app).
- After entering your card details, click “Next.”
Message to the host
- Write a short message to the owner of the property you're booking. Explain the purpose of your trip and why you'd like to rent this particular property. You can use a translation tool to help you write the message. Once you've written your message, click “Next.”
Add a phone number
The code won't be sent to a Russian phone number. Please enter an international number, or if you don't have one, use a free SMS number from the internet. Choose number-purchase services carefully and check reviews in advance. After entering the number, confirm it with the code from Airbnb.
Complete checkout
- Click the “Reserve” button and wait for confirmation from the host.
- The host may not confirm your reservation if they choose another guest. Don’t worry—this is standard procedure for this service. Just choose another listing and everything will work out.
- When the host confirms your reservation, you’ll receive a notification on the Airbnb website.
If the payment doesn't go through
Please check:
- whether the country associated with your Airbnb account is correct;
- whether your card details and billing address are correct.
