Paying for Etihad Arena Tickets

Buy tickets for concerts and shows at Etihad Arena (Abu Dhabi) with a Flowbit NFC card.

Get a Card

Go to the Etihad Arena website

Open etihadarena.ae and select the desired event.

Select an event and tickets

  1. Select a concert, show, or sporting event.
  2. Select the ticket category and quantity.
  3. Click Buy Tickets / Book Now.

Fill in the buyer's details

Please enter your details in Latin characters:
  • first and last name
  • email (tickets will be sent to this address)
  • phone number
📌 The buyer's name and the cardholder's name may differ.

Proceed to payment

On the payment page, select Credit / Debit Card.

Enter your Flowbit card details

Fill out the payment form:
  • Card number, Expiry date, CVC — from your Flowbit personal account
  • Cardholder name — in Latin characters
  • Country / Region — Hong Kong
  • Billing address — the address issued with your Flowbit card
📌 The address must be filled out completely and without abbreviations.

Change your IP address

Complete the payment

  • Click Pay / Complete Purchase.
  • 🧾 Funds are debited immediately.
  • Tickets will be emailed to you or will be available in your account.

If the payment doesn't go through

  • the correct IP address has been selected;
  • Check the billing address is correct.
  • Make sure your card has sufficient funds (preferably with some extra).
  • Try paying from a computer instead of a mobile device.
