Paying for a Hetzner Account
Pay for Hetzner servers and cloud with a Flowbit Online card.
Create an account or log in to Hetzner
Go to Hetzner.com and log in. Make sure to enter all information in Latin characters and correctly—Hetzner strictly verifies accounts.
Verify your account (important)
- After registration, Hetzner may request: email verification, identity verification (ID/passport), and address verification. Without verification, your payment may not be accepted.
Select a service and proceed to checkout
- Select the product you want: Cloud (VPS), Dedicated Server, Storage Box / Storage Share, and click Order. After placing your order, the system will redirect you to the Billing / Invoices section, where you should select Credit / Debit Card.
Enter your card information
Please provide:
- Card number, expiration date, and CVC—these are available in your account dashboard.
- Cardholder name—your name in Roman characters.
- Country: Select the country listed on your card: the United Kingdom or Singapore (as shown in the Flowbit mini-app)
- Billing address—use the address provided with the card (displayed in the mini-app).
Change your IP address
- To ensure a successful payment, you may need to connect via the United Kingdom or Singapore (the required country is displayed in the Flowbit mini-app)
- You can find a suitable service in this selection of IP address changing services.
Confirm payment
Click Pay / Confirm. The funds will be debited immediately or after a manual review.
If the payment doesn't go through
Please check:
- Has your IP address, which is associated with your Flowbit card, changed;
- whether the country associated with your account is correct;
- whether the card details and billing address are correct.

Enter a billing address that matches the country of your card.
