Paying for Your HeyGen Account

Pay for a HeyGen subscription — AI avatar videos — with a Flowbit NFC card.

Go to the official website heygen.com.
To create an account, click "Sign Up for free" and choose your preferred registration method (email, Google, etc.).
If you already have an account, click "Log in" and sign in.

Select a plan

After successful registration, select the appropriate tariff plan.
Click on the selected plan, and the system will redirect you to the payment page.
In the payment method section, select "Card"

Enter your card details

Please provide:

Card number, expiration date, and CVC — available in your personal account.
Cardholder name — your name in Latin characters.
Country: Select Hong Kong
Billing address — use the address issued with your card (displayed in the mini-app).

The address can be generated using a relevant service.

Change your IP address

If your payment is not going through, change your IP address to the Hong Kong.
You can find a suitable service in this selection of IP address changing services.

Complete checkout

Click the "Subscribe" button and wait for the payment to complete.
After successful payment, you will be redirected to the HeyGen workspace.
The status of your active subscription is displayed under your nickname on the left side of the interface.
An electronic receipt will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.

If the payment does not go through

Check:

the correct IP address has been selected;
that the account country is set to Hong Kong;
that the card information and billing address are correct.

Important

If you don't plan to use your subscription, disable auto-charges before the end of the period to avoid being charged again.
