Paying for an iHerb Order
Pay for iHerb orders with a Flowbit Online card.
Create an account or sign in to iHerb
Go to iherb.com and log in.
Add items to cart
- Select the desired products.
- Add them to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
Enter your delivery address
- Enter your delivery address. (The delivery address may differ from your card's billing address.)
- To pay, select Credit/Debit Card on the payment page.
Enter your card details and proceed to payment
Please provide:
- Card number, expiration date, and CVC — available in your personal account.
- Cardholder name — your name in Latin characters.
- Country: Select the country listed on your card: the United Kingdom or Singapore (as shown in the Flowbit mini-app)
- Billing address — Use the address issued with your card (displayed in the mini-app).
Change your IP address
- To ensure a successful payment, you may need to connect via the United Kingdom or Singapore (the required country is displayed in the Flowbit mini-app)
- You can find a suitable service in this selection of IP address changing services.
Confirm payment
Click Place Order / Pay. Funds are debited immediately. The order will appear in the Orders section.
If the payment does not go through
Check:
- the correct IP address has been selected;
- that the account country is correct;
- that the card information and billing address are correct.

Make sure the region has actually changed.
Use any service to check your IP
Enter a billing address that matches the country of your card.
You can generate the address using the appropriate service.
