Paying for italki Lessons
Pay for language lessons on italki with a Flowbit Online card.
Log in to your italki account
- Go to italki.com and log in to your account.
- (Or register if you don't have an account yet.)
Top up your italki balance
- In your personal account, go to Wallet / Buy italki Credits.
- Select the top-up amount.
Select a payment method
Select Credit/Debit Card.
Enter your Flowbit card details
- Card number, expiration date, and CVC — from your Flowbit personal account
- Name on card — in Latin characters
- Country: Select the country listed on your card: the United Kingdom or Singapore (as shown in the Flowbit mini-app)
- Billing address — the address issued with your Flowbit card
Change your IP address
- To ensure a successful payment, you may need to connect via the United Kingdom or Singapore (the required country is displayed in the Flowbit mini-app)
- You can find a suitable service in this selection of IP address changing services.
Complete the payment
- Click Pay / Confirm.
- 🧾 The funds will be credited to your italki account immediately.
- After that, you can book lessons with teachers.
If the payment doesn't go through
- the correct IP address has been selected;
- Check the billing address is correct.
- Make sure your card has sufficient funds.
- Try paying through your computer's browser.

Make sure the region has actually changed.
Use any service to check your IP
Enter a billing address that matches the country of your card.
You can generate the address using the appropriate service.
