Paying for a Klook Booking
Pay for tours, tickets and transfers on Klook with a Flowbit NFC card.
Create an account or sign in to Klook
Go to klook.com and log in.
Select a service
- Select what you need: tickets, excursions, transfers, activities. Specify the date, number of participants, and click Book Now.
Proceed to payment
- On the booking page, click Pay/Checkout. Select Credit/Debit Card. (Do not select local e-wallet or Pay Later.)
Enter your card details
Please provide:
- Card number, expiration date, and CVC — available in your personal account.
- Cardholder name — your name in Latin characters.
- Country: Select the Hong Kong.
- Billing address — Use a Hong Kong address (if required).
Change your IP address
- If your payment is not going through, change your IP address to the Hong Kong.
- You can find a suitable service in this selection of IP address changing services.
Confirm payment
Click Pay / Confirm. Funds are debited immediately. Your reservation is confirmed instantly or within a few minutes.
After payment
- The voucher will appear in the My Bookings section.
- The voucher will also be sent to your email.
- You can show it from your phone; a print is not required.
If the payment does not go through
Check:
- the correct IP address has been selected;
- that the account country is set to Hong Kong;
- that the card information and billing address are correct.

Select the region issued with your card in the app: Singapore or the United Kingdom.
Make sure the region has actually changed.
Use any service to check your IP
Enter a billing address that matches the country of your card.
You can generate the address using the appropriate service.
