Paying for a Lazada Order
Shop on Lazada, the Southeast Asian marketplace, and pay with a Flowbit NFC card.
Create an account or sign in to Lazada
Go to lazada.com and sign in.
Choose products and place an order
- Add products to your cart.
- Go to Checkout.
- Enter your delivery address and contact details.
Proceed to payment
- At the payment step, choose Credit / Debit Card. Don't choose local methods (e-wallet, cash on delivery).
Enter your card details
Enter:
- Card number, expiration date and CVC — available in your account.
- Cardholder name — your name in Latin characters.
- Country: select Hong Kong.
- Billing address — use the address issued with your card (shown in the mini-app).
Change your IP address
- Check your connection region.
- A successful payment may require connecting via Hong Kong.
- You can find a suitable service in this selection of IP address changing services.
Confirm the payment
Click Pay / Place Order. The funds are charged immediately. Your order will appear in My Orders.
After payment
- The order status will change to Processing
- Delivery tracking becomes available
- Returns are handled through your Lazada account
If the payment doesn't go through
Check:
- that your IP address has changed to Hong Kong;
- that your account country is set to Hong Kong;
- that the card details and billing address are correct.

Enter a billing address that matches the country of your card.
You can generate the address using the appropriate service.
