Paying for a SHEIN Order
Shop on SHEIN and pay with a Flowbit NFC card.
Create an account or log in to SHEIN
Go to shein.com and log in.
Add items to cart
- Select the desired products.
- Add them to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
Proceed to payment
On the checkout page, click Pay Now / Place Order. Select Credit / Debit Card. (Do not select local payment methods.)
Enter your card details
Please provide:
- Card number, expiration date, and CVC — available in your personal account.
- Cardholder name — your name in Latin characters.
- Country: Select the Hong Kong.
- Billing address — Use a Hong Kong address (if required).
Change your IP address
- If your payment is not going through, change your IP address to the Hong Kong.
- You can find a suitable service in this selection of IP address changing services.
Confirm payment
Click Pay / Confirm. The funds are debited immediately. The order will appear in the My Orders section.
After payment
- The order status will change to Paid / Processing
- Delivery tracking is available
- Returns are processed through your SHEIN account
If the payment does not go through
Check:
- the correct IP address has been selected;
- that the account country is set to Hong Kong;
- that the card information and billing address are correct.
