Get a Card

Create an account or sign in to TIDAL

Go to tidal.com and sign in.

Add a card

First, you need to link a virtual card to your account. To do this, go to the "Payments" section. Next, follow the standard card addition procedure: enter all the required virtual card details. In this case, you don't need to provide a billing address—the postcode is sufficient. Important: When making a payment, be sure to use the United Kingdom or Singapore region (Depending on which country was assigned to you when your card was issued in the Flowbit mini-app). If you choose a different location, your transaction may be rejected.

Change your IP address

  • To ensure a successful payment, you may need to connect via the United Kingdom or Singapore (the required country is displayed in the Flowbit mini-app)
  • You can find a suitable service in this selection of IP address changing services.

Selecting and paying for a subscription

After adding your card, go to the "Subscription" section, where you can choose from a variety of plans. Several subscription options will be offered on the page. For testing purposes, we used the HiFi plan with a 30-day trial period. Choosing a specific plan does not affect the payment process. By default, the system will offer payment from the previously added virtual card. Click "Continue" to complete the transaction.
