Change your IP address
- If your payment is not going through, change your IP address to the Hong Kong.

Log in to your account

Add a billing address
- The system will prompt you to enter your payment information. Click "Add billing information."
- Enter the correct Hong Kong billing address.
- The address can be generated using a suitable service.
Enter your card details
- After adding your billing information, proceed to linking your card by clicking the "Add balance" button.
- Indicate the top-up amount.Please provide:
- Card number, expiration date, and CVC — available in your personal account.
- Cardholder name — your name in Latin characters.
- Country: Select Hong Kong
- Billing address — use the address issued with your card (displayed in the mini-app).
Complete checkout
- Click "Make Payment"
- Click "Next" and wait for the confirmation code. Once entered, the service will be activated.
If the payment does not go through
Check:
- the correct IP address has been selected;
- that the account country is set to Hong Kong;
- that the card information and billing address are correct.
