Go to twitch.tv and log in to your account.

Proceed to checkout

Select a payment method

From the list of payment methods, select Credit/Debit Card.

Enter your Flowbit card details

Fill out the payment form:
  • Card number, Expiry date, CVC — from your Flowbit account
  • Name on card — in Latin characters
  • Country: Select the country listed on your card: the United Kingdom or Singapore (as shown in the Flowbit mini-app)
  • Billing address — use the address provided with your Flowbit card
📌 The address must be filled out completely and match the card’s country.

Change your IP address

  • To ensure a successful payment, you may need to connect via the United Kingdom or Singapore (the required country is displayed in the Flowbit mini-app)
  • You can find a suitable service in this selection of IP address changing services.

Complete your payment

  • Click Confirm / Complete Purchase.
  • 🧾 The charge will be processed immediately.
  • Your subscription or purchase will be activated instantly.

If the payment doesn't go through

  • the correct IP address has been selected;
  • Verify that your billing address is correct
  • Make sure there are sufficient funds on the card (preferably with a little extra)
  • Try making the payment via a browser on your computer instead of the mobile app
  • Try making the payment again in 5–10 minutes

Important

If you don't plan to use Twitch turn off automatic billing before your subscription ends to avoid being charged again.
