Paying for UPS Services and Shipments
Pay for UPS shipping and services with a Flowbit NFC card.
Create an account or log in to UPS
Go to ups.com and log in.
Open the service or shipment form
Select what you want to pay for: creating and processing a shipment, paying the shipping cost after calculation, paying the invoice, UPS My Choice services/additional services. Go to the desired section—the price will be displayed before payment.
Proceed to payment
Click Continue / Check Out / Proceed to Payment (depending on the service type). A form for entering payment information will open.
Enter your card details
Please provide:
- Card number, expiration date, and CVC — available in your personal account.
- Cardholder name — your name in Latin characters.
- Country: Select Hong Kong
- Billing address — use the address issued with your card (displayed in the mini-app).
Change your IP address
- If your payment is not going through, change your IP address to the Hong Kong.
- You can find a suitable service in this selection of IP address changing services.
Confirm payment
Click Pay / Submit Payment. The payment will be processed and debited from your Flowbit card. You'll receive a payment confirmation on your screen and a UPS receipt by email.
Check the status
If you ordered the shipment, the information will appear in Your UPS or in your order history. If you paid the invoice, the invoice status will change to Paid.
If the payment does not go through
Check:
- the correct IP address has been selected;
- that the account country is set to Hong Kong;
- that the card information and billing address are correct.

Select the region issued with your card in the app: Singapore or the United Kingdom.
Make sure the region has actually changed.
Use any service to check your IP
Enter a billing address that matches the country of your card.
You can generate the address using the appropriate service.
