Paying for Tickets on Viagogo
Buy concert and match tickets on Viagogo with a Flowbit Online card.
Find an event
- Go to viagogo.com.
- Find the event you need (city, date, artist).
- Select a ticket option and click Select / Buy.
Check the ticket type
- On the order page, please note: E-ticket — will be sent to your account or email; Mobile Transfer — the ticket will be sent via a third-party service; the ticket delivery date (sometimes several days before the event)
Placing an order
- You can: log in to your Viagogo account, or continue without registering by entering your email. (Email is required—you'll receive access to your ticket there.)
Enter your card details
Please provide:
- Card number, expiration date, and CVC — available in your personal account.
- Cardholder name — your name in Latin characters.
- Country: Select the country listed on your card: the United Kingdom or Singapore (as shown in the Flowbit mini-app)
- Billing address — Use the address issued with your card (displayed in the mini-app).
Change your IP address
- To ensure a successful payment, you may need to connect via the United Kingdom or Singapore (the required country is displayed in the Flowbit mini-app)
- You can find a suitable service in this selection of IP address changing services.
Confirmation
Click Place Order / Pay. Your payment will be debited immediately. A purchase confirmation will appear on your screen and be sent to your email.
If the payment does not go through
Check:
- the correct IP address has been selected;
- whether the country associated with your account is correct;
- that the card details and billing address are correct.
