Paying for Tickets on Webook

Get a Card

Go to the Webook website

  • Open webook.com and select the desired event.

Select an event and tickets

  1. Select a concert, show, or sporting event.
  2. Select the category and number of tickets.
  3. Click Buy Tickets / Book Now.

Fill in the buyer's details

Please enter your details in Latin characters:
  • First and last name
  • Email (to receive tickets)
  • Phone number
📌 The buyer's name and the cardholder's name may differ.

Change your IP address

  • To ensure a successful payment, you may need to connect via the United Kingdom or Singapore (the required country is displayed in the Flowbit mini-app)
  • You can find a suitable service in this selection of IP address changing services.

Proceed to payment

On the payment page, select Credit / Debit Card.

Enter your Flowbit card details

  • Card number, expiration date, and CVC — from your Flowbit personal account
  • Cardholder name — in Latin characters
  • Country: Select the country listed on your card: the United Kingdom or Singapore (as shown in the Flowbit mini-app)
  • Billing address — the address issued with your Flowbit card
📌 The address must be filled out completely and without abbreviations.

Complete the payment

  • Click Pay / Complete Purchase.
  • 🧾 Funds are debited immediately.
  • Tickets will be sent to your email or will be available in your Webook account.

If the payment does not go through

Please check:
  • the correct IP address has been selected;
  • that your card and billing address information is correct.
